The Company is also engaged in the manufacture of gasoline engines for use in minibuses, sedans, sport utility vehicle (SUV) and light trucks and automotive components, including window moldings, strips, axles and stamped parts. On December 31, 2009, the Company disposed its Zhonghua sedan business.
