Description:
China Fire & Security Group, Inc. is engaged primarily in the design, development, manufacture and sale of a range of fire safety products for the industrial and special purpose infrastructure industries, and the design and installation of industrial fire safety systems, in which the Company primarily uses its own fire safety products. It also provides maintenance services for customers of its industrial fire safety systems. The Company markets its industrial fire safety products and systems primarily to companies in the iron and steel, power and petrochemical industries in China. It has developed products for industrial fire detecting and extinguishing. The Company’s principal products include linear heat detectors and water mist extinguishers. The Company derives revenue from three sources: Total Solutions, Product Sales, and Maintenance Services. During the year ended December 31, 2009, revenues from total solutions accounted for approximately 77% of the total revenue.
