Description:
China Green Material Technologies, Inc. manufactures and sells starch-based biodegradable, disposable containers, tableware and packaging materials. Its starch-based material is a substitute for the oil-based plastics used in a range of products. The Company manufactures and sells food packaging products and disposable tableware consumer goods. The Company markets its products through its internal sales force located at its manufacturing facility in Harbin City, China and in four branch sales offices in Northeastern China. It manufactures and sells biodegradable disposal tableware to consumers and food packaging products to manufacturers of retail frozen food items. The Company indirectly owns Harbin ChangFangYuan Hi-Tech Environment-Friendly Industrial Co., Ltd. (CHFY), through Advanced Green Materials, Inc. (AGM). The Company also manufactures and sells food and beverage containers and utensils made from its biodegradable material, including cups, plates and bowls.
