The Company derives substantially all of its revenues from China United Telecommunications Corporation and its affiliates (the China Unicom Group), China Mobile Communications Corporation and its affiliates (the China Mobile Group) and China Telecom Corporation Limited, and its affiliates (the China Telecom Group). In December 2008, the Company divested its two wholly owned subsidiaries in Quanzhou Lake Communication Company Limited (Lake Communication) and Quanzhou Lake Microwave Company Limited (Lake Microwave).
