On July 10, 2009, the Company entered into and closed a share exchange agreement with Home Savers Holding Corporation, pursuant to which, the Company acquired 100% of the outstanding securities of Home Savers Holding Corporation. In December 2009, Dalian Vastitude Media Group Co., Ltd. completed a reverse merger with Golden Key International, Inc. The Company is focused on the real estate debt restructuring industry. As of May 31, 2009, the Company had not generated any revenues.
