China Nutrifruit Group Limited (China Nutrifruit) is a holding company. The Company conducts all its operations through its indirect, wholly owned subsidiary Daqing Longheda Food Company Limited (Longheda), which is a producer of specialty fruit-based products in China. The Company develops, processes, markets and distributes a variety of food products processed primarily from specialty fruits grown in Northeast China, including golden berries, crab apple, blueberries and raspberries. Its primary product offering includes fruit concentrate, nectar, glazed fruits, beverage, as well as fruits. The Company sells its products through a nationwide sales and distribution network covering 19 provinces and 43 cities in China. As of March 31, 2009, this network comprised 70 distributors. On August 14, 2008, the Company acquired Fezdale Investments Limited (Fezdale).
