The Company’s processed cement products are primarily purchased by the cement industry for the purpose of making the cement required for the construction of buildings, roads and other infrastructure projects. Its products have been sold nationally in the People’s Republic of China and internationally in 10 countries. In April 2009, the Company acquired 51% interest in Longkou Cement Plant.
