Duoyuan Global Water Inc. is a China-based domestic water treatment equipment supplier. The Company’s product offerings focus on addressing the steps in the water treatment process, such as filtration, water softening, water-sediment separation, aeration, disinfection and reverse osmosis. It offers a set of more than 80 complementary products across the three product categories: Circulating Water Treatment Equipment, Water Purification Equipment and Wastewater Treatment Equipment. It has developed a range of end user customers throughout China, consisting primarily of wastewater treatment plants, water works facilities, manufacturing plants, commercial businesses, residential communities and individual customers. It conducts substantially all of its business through its two wholly owned Chinese subsidiaries: Duoyuan Beijing and Duoyuan Langfang. Duoyuan Beijing’s principal business activities include the marketing, sale and service of water treatment products.
