Through its principal operating subsidiary, Duoyuan Digital Press Technology Industries (China) Co., Ltd. (Duoyuan China) and Duoyuan China’s manufacturing subsidiaries, namely Langfang Duoyuan Digital Technology Co., Ltd. (Langfang Duoyuan) and Hunan Duoyuan Printing Machinery Co., Ltd. (Hunan Duoyuan), the Company designs, manufactures and sells offset printing equipment used in the offset printing process. The Company manufactures one product under the pre-press product category (a computer-to-plate system (CTP) system) and 15 products across four product lines under the press product category (single color small format presses, single color large format presses, multicolor small format presses and multicolor large format presses). It categorizes the products according to the three stages of the offset printing process: pre-press, press and post-press.
