Orient Paper, Inc. is the holding company for Hebei Baoding Orient Paper Milling Company Limited (HBOP), a producer and distributor of paper products in China. HBOP is engaged mainly in production and distribution of products, such as corrugating medium paper, offset printing paper, writing paper and other paper and packaging related products. HBOP’s main products include various specifications of corrugating medium paper, medium-grade offset printing paper, high-grade offset printing paper and writing paper. On June 24, 2009, the Company acquired Shengde Holdings, Inc. On June 1, 2009, Shengde Holdings Inc. incorporated Baoding Shengde Paper Co., Ltd. (Baoding Shengde), a limited liability company organized. As of June 24, 2009 Baoding Shengde entered into a number of contractual arrangements with HBOP, pursuant to which Baoding Shengde acts as the management company for HBOP, and HBOP conducts the principal operations of the business.
