Sino Gas International Holdings, Inc. is engaged in the development of natural gas distribution systems and the distribution of natural gas to residential and industrial customers in small- and medium-sized cities in the People’s Republic of China (PRC), through indirectly owned subsidiaries in the PRC, Beijing Zhong Ran Wei Ye Gas Co., Ltd. (Beijing Gas) and its subsidiaries. The Company owns and operates 39 natural gas distribution systems serving approximately 145,000 residential and seven industrial customers. The Company’s facilities include approximately 1,040 kilometers of pipeline and delivery networks with a daily distribution of approximately 110,000 cubic meters of natural gas.
