Tianjin Capital Environmental Protection Group Company Limited, formerly Tianjin Capital Environmental Protection Company Limited is engaged in the processing of sewage, tap water, recycled water and receipt of toll road collection. The Company’s principal operations are substantially from processing of sewage. The Company’s segments include sewage processing services, road toll collections, recycled water and pipeline connection, tap water supply, and construction materials. The Company principally operates in Tianjin, Guizhou, Qujing, Fuyang, Baoying, Hangzhou, Honghu, Wengdeng and Xian. During the year ended December 31, 2008, the sewage water processing plants owned and managed by the Company had a processing capacity of 3.415 million cubic meters per day. On September 28, 2008, Anguo Capital Water Company Limited was incorporated and was wholly owned by the Company. In October 2008, Wuhan Tianchuang Environmental Protection Company Limited was incorporated.
