(VLOV), formerly Sino Charter, Inc., is an apparel producer in the People’s Republic of China that designs, develops, manufactures, distributes and sells casual apparel and clothing products under the brand name V•LOV targeted toward 15-34 years old, middle-class Chinese male consumers. VLOV designs and develops its apparel and clothing products in its production facility located in Yinglin in southeastern Fujian Province. It markets and distributes its products through independent distributors, each of whom is granted rights to market and sell its products in a defined market or territory through a distribution agreement. The Company maintains and exercises control over brand advertising and marketing activities from its headquarters in Yinglin. VLOV manufactures some of its apparel products at its Yinglin production facility and outsource approximately 80% to 90% of manufacturing to third parties.
