Zhejiang Expressway Co., Ltd. (Zhejiang Expressway) is an infrastructure company principally engaged in investing in, developing and operating high-grade roads. The Company operates in three segments: Toll operation, Service area and advertising businesses, and Securities operation. The Toll operation segment is engaged in the operation and management of high-grade roads and the collection of the expressway tolls. Its Service area and advertising businesses segment is engaged in the sale of food, restaurant operation, automobile servicing, operation of petrol stations and design and rental of advertising billboards along the expressways. Its Securities operation is engaged in the securities broking and trading. In November 2009, the Company disposed of its 50% interest in Shida JV.
